Field Notes Talk

We had a great talk from Cat and Rosie of Field Notes yesterday. They spoke to the students in our lecture hall, giving them an insight into their career paths and educational journey as well as the ins and outs of organizing large scale arts events.
It was great to get the behind the scenes info on how an event like Inland Art Festival comes together and how much work goes into developing the ideas and organizing all the elements. They gave the students great advice on submitting work to open calls and where they can find information about events and festivals as well as routes of funding and bursaries.
